This is a private lakefront property designed for families, couples, and groups looking to enjoy Seneca Lake and the Finger Lakes—not for parties or events. The property includes the main 3-bedroom house plus a separate garage loft apartment with its own bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen, living area, and balcony. It’s a great setup for groups who want to vacation together while still having some extra space and privacy. A few important things to know before booking: • Linens are not automatically included. Guests may bring their own or add linen service for an additional fee. • The private dock is available for lake access and day use, but boats and other watercraft may not be tied, moored, or left at the dock at any time. • The hot tub is for adult use only and is not available for children. • No pets are permitted. • Parties, events, and gatherings with unregistered guests are not allowed. • The garage and any locked or marked private owner/storage areas are not available to guests. We want guests to know exactly what to expect so you can arrive, settle in, and enjoy your time on Seneca Lake.

House Rules

Please be respectful and mindful of our lovely neighbors, and enforce quiet time from 10pm (night) to 9am (morning). Please limit outdoor activity during this time. You are NOT permitted to tie a boat or motorized watercraft to the dock or on the lifts. Seneca Lake can get very rough and we do not want to risk damage to our property or your property. You have access to the community park right down the street to store your water crafts. This is not a swimming pool. Kids are not allowed in the hot tub at anytime. No eating, drinking or smoking while in the hot tub. You MUST cover the hot tub after each use. MUST BRING BEACH TOWELS TO USE WITH HOT TUB. Use of fireplace is not permitted There is no garbage disposal. Use the strainer and place all food in the garbage. All garbage should be placed in bins by garage. Do not leave garbage outside. Note: We do have outside cameras at the back porch and from porch.

You’ll be staying on the quieter east side of Seneca Lake in the heart of Finger Lakes wine country, where lake days, wineries, waterfalls, and small-town exploring are all within easy reach. Lodi Point State Marine Park is just a short walk from the house along a private road, and the surrounding area is filled with wineries, breweries, distilleries, farm markets, and seasonal restaurants. The Seneca Lake Wine Trail makes it easy to spend an afternoon discovering some of the region’s best-known wineries—and you won’t have to travel far to find them. Take a day trip to Watkins Glen to explore its famous waterfalls and gorge, head north to Geneva for restaurants and shopping, or venture over to nearby Cayuga Lake and the surrounding Finger Lakes. What we love most about this location is that you can spend the day exploring and still come home to a quieter stretch of Seneca Lake. Grab a glass of local wine, head down to the water, and watch the sun set over the lake. That’s pretty hard to beat.

Find us

A car is the easiest way to explore Seneca Lake and the Finger Lakes. This is a rural lakefront area, so public transportation and rideshare availability can be limited, and most wineries, restaurants, shops, and attractions require driving. Lodi Point State Marine Park is a short walk from the property along a private road, but the area overall is not considered highly walkable. If you’re planning a day of wine tasting, consider booking a local wine tour, driver, or transportation service in advance so everyone in your group can enjoy the day safely. The property has driveway parking for up to six vehicles, making it easy for groups traveling separately.
