A few important things to know before booking: • Linens are automatically included. • Guests must note if they plan on using the apartment when requesting. • The private dock is available for lake access and day use, but boats and other watercraft may not be tied, moored, or left at the dock at any time. • The hot tub is for adult use only and is not available for children. • No pets are permitted. • Parties, events, and gatherings with unregistered guests are not allowed. • The garage and any locked or marked private owner/storage areas are not available to guests. We want guests to know exactly what to expect so you can arrive, settle in, and enjoy your time on Seneca Lake.
